SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - LOUGHBOROUGH - HYBRID (3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE) - £80,000 - £100,000 DOE
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join a market leader in commercial SaaS products. In this role, you will manage a talented team while driving the strategy and delivery of innovative SaaS products. You will work closely with stakeholders and represent the voice of the customer, all within an agile framework. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, values flexibility, and brings a people-focused leadership approach.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- 2+ years of direct line management experience
- Proven experience delivering SaaS products to market
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- A strong belief in seeing your team as more than just a number, with a focus on personal management
- Experience in adult learning is preferred but not essential
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6 direct reports (on average)
- Engage and manage key stakeholders
- Act as the customer advocate within the business
- Drive an Agile focus throughout product development
- Collaborate and work well with others
- Assist in identifying potential information security threats and risks
- Develop and drive the product strategy
- Own and refine the product roadmap
