Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Screening: Assist in the tenant application process, including background checks and reference verification.
  • Lease Management: Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Marketing: Promote available properties through various channels, including online listings and social media.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met and report any issues to the property manager.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as maintaining records, processing applications, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a lettings or property management role is preferred.
