Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, including property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease agreements.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new landlords and tenants, including online listings and social media campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and coordinating necessary repairs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of lettings agents, providing training and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Financial Management: Handle rent collections, deposit management, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise between landlords and tenants, maintaining a fair and balanced approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
