Area to be covered: Midlands & North
Remuneration: up to £50,000 + circa £10,000 uncapped commission
Benefits: £500 car allowance ideally but can offer a company car + benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager Timber Frame, Flooring & Roofing Products will involve:
Field sales position selling a range of timber frame, flooring and roofing products
All of your time selling to regional & national builders, developers, contractors, self-builder and builder merchants such as: MKM & James Burrell
Turnover target £1m+
Majority of your time will be spent generating new business however will be given some existing accounts
Ideally based Midlands or North East
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager Timber Frame, Flooring & Roofing Products with:
Must have field sales experience in the timber industry
Sold to regional & national builders, developers, contractors, self-builder and builder merchants (open to all route to market)
Ideally timber frame however not essential
Driven and enthusiastic
Excellent communication skills
Efficient territorial planning skills
