Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Office-based)
Our client is a rapidly growing SME in the tech industry, due to significant investment and is seeking a passionateInternal Account Managerto join their team.
As an Internal Account Manager, you'll be based at the head office with is easily accesible from the A46.
Duties for this role include:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and send out quotations to business clients (B2B).
- Handle pricing enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Proactively contact customers to update them on products and services.
- Maintain accurate records using the internal CRM system.
Full product training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
Our ideal client is looking for someone who has:-
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a B2B environment.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A solid understanding of account management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
