Electrical Installation Lecturer
  • Annual Salary: £38 per hour (including holiday pay)
  • Location: Loughborough
  • Job Type: Full-time (Temporary until Easter)

We are seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer to deliver on the T-Level specification. This role is ideal for a candidate who either holds a teaching qualification or has extensive experience in the field. The position is based in Loughborough and offers a competitive hourly rate, including holiday pay.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver educational content related to electrical installation, adhering to the T-Level specification.
  • Engage and inspire students through high-quality lectures and practical sessions.
  • Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices and materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A teaching qualification is ideal, or significant experience in teaching electrical installation.
  • Strong knowledge of the T-Level specification and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and deliver engaging and informative lessons.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest industry practices.
