We are seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer to deliver on the T-Level specification. This role is ideal for a candidate who either holds a teaching qualification or has extensive experience in the field. The position is based in Loughborough and offers a competitive hourly rate, including holiday pay.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver educational content related to electrical installation, adhering to the T-Level specification.
- Engage and inspire students through high-quality lectures and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices and materials.
- A teaching qualification is ideal, or significant experience in teaching electrical installation.
- Strong knowledge of the T-Level specification and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organise, and deliver engaging and informative lessons.
