Think Property & Surveying are delighted to be working with a leading university in the East Midlands to recruit a Plumbing & Heating Operativeto join their Estates team.
The campus is one of the largest in the UK, with state of the art facilities and world leading infrastructure.
The role will include performing inspections, delivering planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, minor works,and replacement of Plumbing, Heating and HVAC equipment, whilstundertakingspecialist training on an ongoing basis.
You will have solid experience of working in mechanicalmaintenance in a large multi-disciplinary team and experience working successfully in a customer facing role. You will need to have a relevant City & Guilds or equivalent technical qualification.
You will be offered a salary of 26-31K and other benefits include 40 days of holiday and an incredible public sector pension.
