Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills? Our client, a thriving organisation, is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join their team as an Administrator. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of reception and general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and redirecting incoming calls and welcoming visitors
  • Distributing post and organising meetings and internal events
  • Coordinating with the Director's external PA to ensure effective recording of external events and holidays
  • Providing administrative support to the executive team, including organising and coordinating meetings
  • Setting up and organising computer equipment, phones, and stationery for new starters
  • Liaising with the IT provider and HR department for any technical or equipment-related issues
  • Managing the procurement of office supplies, consumables, printed stationery, and gifts as directed
  • Negotiating, managing, and recording utility contracts, subscriptions, and other communication systems
  • Assisting in maintaining and collating information for company insurances
  • Organising repairs and sourcing/acquiring new equipment as directed
  • Providing collaborative assistance to other individuals within the organisation as directed by the Managing Board

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
