Key Responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative

  • Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, emails, and calls.
  • Conduct research on target companies and identify key decision-makers.
  • Engage with prospects to create initial interest and book discovery calls.
  • Maintain and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets

Core Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ambitious
  • Previous experience in a RecTech or SAAS company
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for hitting targets.
