- Salary: 140-260 per day (MPS1 - UPS3
The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 1 Class Teacher to join this school's supportive staff in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to their Year 1 pupils. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, motivated, and professional teacher who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. As a Year 1 teacher, you will play a key role in fostering a love of learning and supporting the development of young children. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils to reach their full potential, while creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
We are looking for a Year 1 Class Teacher who:
- Holds a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Is passionate about early year's education and fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Is committed to ensuring all pupils achieve their best, regardless of background or ability.
- Is flexible, creative, and enthusiastic, with a positive and proactive attitude towards teaching.
