A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager and client relationship professional to join an established team within a highly successful technology-focused business. If you enjoy working in a role where you will be managing key client accounts as well as leading and nurturing a team, this is an ideal opportunity for you! You will be joining an experienced and focused team who work as strategic partners to their customers at every stage of their journey.   You will be heavily involved in learning and development within the existing team, as well as building loyalty to ensure long-term retention of existing clients and collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders. In addition to this, prioritising workloads will be key to ensure the team work proactively to ensure existing global customers are supported daily and new clients are onboarded smoothly. The successful candidate will be a confident people manager and client success professional, gaining equal levels of satisfaction from seeing your team develop their skills as well as growing your relationships with Enterprise business accounts. Key duties will involve:
  • Day to day support of key client relationships, including data analysis and creating reports
  • Offering solutions to clients as well as new ideas to ensure accounts always have the correct products and services
  • Customer onboarding and training
  • Ensuring retention of key client accounts through excellent customer account management, as well as identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Leading, developing and nurturing the existing team, as well as co-ordinating operational activities
  • Coaching and motivating team members
  • Holding regular one-to-one meetings and yearly performance reviews
  • Managing projects within the team
