Are you a Surveyor or similar, looking to work for an established award-winning Scaffolding access company, who offer a days based Monday to Friday role with flexible working hours, offering great progression opportunities?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established yet growing company who specialise in providing scaffolding access solutions in various industries. They are recognised for their dedication to quality and reliability within the construction industry, taking pride in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

This varied role will involve working on large, complex projects with key responsibilities including holding account meetings with clients where you will provide and issue valuations, while working closely with the commercial team, estimators, and directors to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. Additionally, you will attend site visits to liaise with scaffolding project management, maintain up-to-date job costings, and provide monthly reports to the directors.

This role would be ideal for a Surveyor with a background in the scaffolding industry, looking to join a growing company with the goal of becoming the leading scaffolding contractor in the country. This company offers a company car for personal use and performance bonuses to enhance your salary package.

The Role:

  • Holding regular account meetings with clients to agree on payment certificates
  • Conducting site visits to liaise with Scaffolding project management
  • Collaborating with the commercial team, including Estimators and Directors
  • Pricing and agreeing on additional work costs
  • Keeping job costings up to date and providing monthly reports to Directors
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Person:

  • Quantity Surveyor or similar
  • Experience surveying scaffolding projects
  • Extensive understanding of different sectors within the construction industry
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
