Sonic Summary

Our client is a rapidly growing independent estate agency seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team south of Loughton.
The role requires a minimum of sales negotiating experience, along with a clean driving license and own vehicle.
Working five days a week, the Sales Negotiator can expect a basic salary of around £20,000 with an uncapped OTE of £35,000 or more.
The position offers a fantastic commission structure, quarterly bonuses for meeting targets, and opportunities for career progression and ongoing training.
Candidates should be ambitious, driven, and able to provide excellent customer service while successfully negotiating offers and arranging viewings.

Working days:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

Basic salary circa £20,000
£35,000+ OTE (Uncapped)

Sales negotiating experience
