Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Loughton - Essex who are looking for Surveyor to join their busy team.

About the Business:
Our Client are an energy solutions provider which offers a full range of mechanical and electrical support from consultancy and design, to supply and installation.

About The Offer:

• £80,000 plus benefits
• Company vehicle & associated costs
• Company Pension scheme

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and issuing valuations to clients
• Account meetings with clients on regular basis to agree payment certificates
• Site visits to liaise with project management
• Working in commercial team alongside Estimators and directors
• Chasing and collecting of payments once payment certificates are raised
• Pricing and agreeing additional works costs
• Keeping job costings up to date and reporting to directors on a monthly basis

Skills and experience:

• Worked in the scaffolding industry
• At least 3 years’ experience working in surveying
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
