Job Opportunity: Studio Operator
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly acclaimed and well-established brand delivery agency specializing in all areas of packaging production. With multiple global sites, they are seeking a Studio Operator with expertise in Artwork, Repro, and Flexo retouching to join their team based in Louth.
- Ensure high-quality standards in all production client deliverables.
- Complete accurate, consistent, and timely high-quality artwork (basic to complex) using industry-standard software, tools, and print techniques.
- Perform assigned tasks within the production workflow, adhering to required specifications, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and client brand guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality reprographics to printer specifications.
- Execute Flexo and color retouching to meet client targets and standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience: Proven experience in pre-press or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Apple Mac equipment and operating systems.
- Expertise in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and colleagues across the organization.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime as necessary.
Whats on offer:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week (8am-5pm)
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Location: This role is based on-site full-time in Louth.
- Salary: Dependent on experience.
