About the role:
In this exciting full-time role, you will be at the forefront of sales at East Coast Mobility, engaging with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and at various pop-up displays. Your dynamic personality and passion for sales will be key in promoting our wide range of mobility products, including mobility scooters, powerchairs, stairlifts, and more. You will play a vital role in helping customers find the right solutions to enhance their mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is full-time where you will be working Monday – Friday.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Represent East Coast Mobility at various remote events, engaging with potential customers and showcasing our products.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to customers in-store, offering tailored recommendations and effectively closing sales.
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, generating leads and following up on inquiries to drive sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that ensures every client feels valued and receives the best product advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
About you:
You will have a strong work ethic, will thrive independently yet enjoys being part of a cohesive team. With a proven track record in sales, you have demonstrated your ability to meet and exceed targets. Your communication skills shine whether you’re engaging in face-to-face conversations or conducting telesales. Possessing an enthusiastic personality, you have a passion for helping individuals in need, along with a genuine interest in mobility products and services.
