We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to lead and implement innovative strategies for driving new business on a global scale. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and securing opportunities, building strong client relationships and showcasing technical products with confidence and expertise. If you’re passionate about delivering results, thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at understanding and presenting technical solutions, we want to hear from you!Duties will include:• Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth in a global marketplace. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated geographic areas. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with newly developed customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Oversee and support the growth of agent and dealer networks. • Create and execute sales and marketing initiatives, working independently to achieve set objectives. • Provide proactive support to the sales team, contributing ideas and solutions to improve outcomes. • Analyse market data from your assigned territory, delivering clear and actiobate insights to inform business decisions. • Facilitate effective communication between departments such as design, production and finance, while keeping senior management informed and aligned.The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following:• Proven experience of developing new business ideally within a technical industry• Ability to understand and sell products at a technical level• Strong proactive management / people skills• Good understanding of cultural differences and be able to adapt to different situations • Happy to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice.
