We are recruiting for an excellent role for our client who are a rapidly expanding global company as a member of the Customer Experience Team. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service and administrative support, ensuring that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, leaving them feeling valued.

Key Accountabilities:

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Liaise with customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Operate and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce).

Sales:

  • Process incoming sales orders and returns.
  • Coordinate with the Production Department to meet dispatch dates.
  • Assist the Sales Team with queries.

Service:

  • Troubleshoot incoming calls, providing simple fixes and logging engineer visits as needed.
  • Record end-user locations for equipment.
  • Follow up on service calls and driver delivery installations.
  • Scan unit detail paperwork and ensure accurate computer system linkage.

Office Support:

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Teams for equipment logistics to and from shows.
  • Arrange equipment movements between sites with the Service Team.
  • Provide additional support as required.

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Driving license (ideal but not essential).
  • Familiarity with computer order entry and CRM systems (Microsoft Navision/Salesforce preferred).
