The Role: As a Customer Care Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our UK Walling customers, ensuring they receive world-class service. You’ll handle sales orders, manage delivery requirements, resolve technical queries, and support our sales team. You’ll also keep up-to-date with product information and use our CRM system to add critical data.

What We’re Looking For: We need someone with strong business and commercial skills in a customer service environment. You should have GCSEs (grade C or above in English & Maths), UK internal account management experience, and be proficient with Microsoft programs and CRM systems. Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask are essential.
