- Collaborate with the Executive Director of Quality and People to deliver strategic people-focused initiatives into actionable plans for the organisation.
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership and guidance to the People team, ensuring effective execution of people-related initiatives.
- Working with key stakeholders to align people-focused practices with organisational priorities and objectives, promoting a cohesive approach across the organisation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of people-focused policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead in employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives with a people-centric approach, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Acting as a point of contact for people-related matters, providing expert advice and support to leadership, People team, and staff as needed.
- Qualified to CIPD Level 7, ideally holding chartered status of the CIPD.
- Significant experience of working with senior leaders to develop people strategy and solutions to meet business outcomes.
- Exceptional consulting skills and stakeholder management.
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
- An intuitive, analytical and pro-active approach to day-to-day work practices.
