We are looking for a highly motivated Offshore Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract, playing a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of personnel and PPE services to offshore projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
 
  • Coordinating offshore personnel logistics, ensuring all qualifications, certifications, and PPE requirements are met.
  • Liaising with agency personnel regarding mobilisation times, schedules, and any updates.
  • Keeping accurate records of personnel, including shifts, training, certifications, and project status.
  • Managing the offshore crew planner and liaising with client logistics teams for travel arrangements.
  • Handling client queries and providing input in project meetings.
  • Booking hotels and maintaining billing records.
  • Supporting the finance team with timesheet administration and queries.
 
What We’re Looking For:
 
  • Experience – Previous experience in offshore personnel/logistics coordination is essential.
  • Organisation – Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • IT Proficiency – Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Communication – Ability to liaise effectively with clients, project teams, and suppliers.
  • Resilience & Flexibility – A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work under pressure.
 
Work Location:
 
This role is office based, full-time between with some time at our Beccles office and the majority of time at our client’s Lowestoft office, with occasional travel to other sites as needed.
