 Key Requirements for the Property Manager Role:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in property management
  • Ideally, experience with Alto (but not essential)
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • A true team player who is driven and self-motivated
  • Full UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle

 Your Responsibilities as a Property Manager:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
  • Managing and resolving maintenance issues promptly, keeping clients informed
  • Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Keeping property systems up to date
  • Assisting with landlord payments and accounts
