What can we offer• 28 days ( inclusive of bank holidays) + Christmas off • Regular team events / incentives • Access to company vehicle in work hours• Health Insurance Plan Duties will include:• Answer phone calls promptly, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients. • Maximise every opportunity to connect with potential buyers and build strong client relationships. • Schedule and coordinate property viewings, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.• Manage Managing Director’s diary with precision, keeping appointments and key tasks organised and prioritised effectively. • Follow up with clients after viewings, gathering feedback and addressing questions to enhance their decision-making process.• Maintain detailed records, documenting all interactions and essential information for future reference. • Conduct property viewings, showcasing the best features and creating a positive impression of each property. • Monitor and follow up on completion dates, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and keeping clients informed.• Proactively oversee payments process• Regular updates to clients • Managing property boards The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following:• Managing client interactions with professionalism, including responding to enquiries. • Experience coordinating property viewings. • Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation. • Experience managing property sales or letting processes.
