Our client is  an established Accountancy Practice based in Luton, looking for an Audit & Accounts Senior to join at Senior Level

Who Our Client is Looking For

Successful candidates will either be close to qualification or newly qualified, or have relevant experience in the field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of auditing, including planning, review, and completion. Candidates with prior experience in UK practice will be considered. The role primarily involves a 60:40 split between audit and accounts, catering to both local clients and some national exposure (both onsite and remotely).

Successful candidates will possess a minimum AAT qualification and be progressing through the ICAEW professional stage or equivalent ACCA qualification. Additionally, candidates should have a proven track record of leading the planning, review, and completion of accounts and tax returns. Strong organisational skills, the ability to work within deadlines and budgets, and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate emerging people management skills and a passion for training others.
