  • The position requires a finalist or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with a degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should ideally have a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Our client, a sucessful and fast growing Facilities Management business, is looking to recruit a Group FP&A Accountant. This is a new role due to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partner with the senior leadership team to provide analytical support to improve business efficiencies and profitability
  • Prepare month-end board packs and regular contract/KPI reporting, ensuring that information and data produced by FP&A is transparent, accurate and fir-for-purpose
  • Annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the needs of the business
  • Support the Group FP&A Director with corporate and M&A activity

Person specification:

  • Demonstrable analytical and report development abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and peers
  • Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately
  • Ability to manage a challenging workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under pressure
  • Proven ability to logically problem-solve

Skills and Abilities:

  • Finalist or qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and data analysis tools
