Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking for a new opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected luxury care provider for a Financial Controller to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting chance to join a dedicated finance team within a fast-growing and innovative organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
- Manage and mentor the finance team to drive high performance.
About You:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
