Are you an experienced finance professional looking for your next challenge? We are working with a Luton based Accountancy Practice who are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.

The role covers all aspects of financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance.

Salary: £ £44,000 - £47,500 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review management accounts

Handle complex assignments and oversee junior staff's workFinalize accounts and ensure they meet required standards

Plan and conduct auditsAct as the senior representative on-site, managing client relationships professionallyReview and finalize audit files for manager review

Prepare complex business tax computations, including corporation tax and complete personal tax returnsProvide feedback and mentor junior staffConduct appraisals and support professional development

Experience & Skills required:Qualified ACA AccountantStrong experience in financial reporting, auditing and tax complianceExperience overseeing and mentoring junior staff

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks (Desirable)
