Senior Sales and Order Processing Administrator

Do you have excellent administration skills and experience with order processing?

We are supporting a company based in Dunstable with recruiting for a Senior Sales and Order Processing Administrator, paying between 32k-35k depending on your experience. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and this role is fully office based.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Scheduling and processing sale orders and quotations using the in-house system and keeping customers updated on their orders
  • Communicating with client over the phone and email regarding order updates and other enquiries
  • Managing sales leads and sending them across to the relevant person/department
  • Updating spreadsheets and other documentation such as customer care bookings as required
  • Attending sale meetings when required
  • Supporting with other office duties such as ordering of stationery and office equipment

Experience required:

  • Ideally experience within a lighting or technical background
  • Previous experience in a similar role
