Due to growth I am supporting a fantastic and fast-growing business based in Luton to recruit a Finance Administrator to join them for this full-time office based and permanent position. The company provide housing solutions to those in need and have been growing rapidly since their inception.

Duties:

  • Managing utilities and council tax for multiple properties
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Monitoring and maintaining creditors
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and payment processing
  • Data entry
  • Handling ad-hoc finance tasks as needed

The successful candidate will be local and able to commute to the client offices in Luton for full-time work. You will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and methodological approach. You will have at least 12 months experience in a similar position and be a confident communicator who can handle difficult conversations. Being a team player, adaptable, articulate, and self-assured will be key to thriving in this role.
