An immediate opportunity has arisen to join our team, we need a floating bus driver to assist with holiday cover for existing team members and be in the wings ready for a regular slot. Although our team do stay a long time with us vacancies arise. Our regular shifts are 4 on 4 off day or night patterns or Monday to Friday shifts. A min guarantee will be provided for this role.
Excellent Rates of Pay as follows:
Total Made up as follows:
£15/hr Night Shift -£14.00 plus £1/hr Bonus
or £14/hr Day Shift -£13.00 plus £1/hr Bonus
Opportunities also arise for overtime.
Shift Bonus is Paid to our team for:
- Wearing Uniform
- Being on Time
- Following procedures laid down
- No driver fault accidents in the period,
Our team typically stay with us a very long time but due to staff wishing to take extended holiday we need to have extra support. Our services operate around Luton Airport getting staff and crew to work with an emphasis on excellent customer service and courtesy. No cash taken or exposure to general public.
Successful candidates will need to:
- Hold PCV driver qualifications and driver card tacho etc.
- Live locally
- Be customer focused
- Good team players
Coach Drivers
We also have a lovely coaches our work is all sorts of everything, events, day trips, tours. Versatile experienced drivers are required to add to our team and a great coach drivers package estimated at £43K per year plus tips of course. Bus drivers do not usually mix with coach drivers duties but if you are a bus driver looking to progress we can develop your skills within our business.
