This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who can multi-task and carry out small works in other trade disciplines.About the Role: As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to council properties. Your work will involve a variety of carpentry tasks, including:
  • Installation, maintenance, and repairs of doors, windows, and general woodwork.
  • UPVC installation and property maintenance.
  • Small works in other trade areas such as basic plumbing, plastering, or decorating.
  • Liaising with residents, peers, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in carpentry and property maintenance within a social housing or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of UPVC installation would be an advantage.
  • A practical understanding of the construction and property maintenance industry.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
