COMPANY

An exciting opportunity to work for an established and global company based in Luton as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner, and proven experience working within a call centre environment.

Previous sales experience isn’t a necessity, however the successful candidate will have experience in a phone based role and be confident making outbound calls to customers.

SKILLS REQUIREDï‚·Experience in a customer service, telesales or telemarketing role. ï‚·Confident and upbeat telephone manner. ï‚·Ambitious, enthusiastic, and pro-active.ï‚·Excellent communication skills.ï‚·Fast learner and the ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ï‚·Prospecting to companies via telephone, email, and messaging, with the aim to book appointments. ï‚·Qualifying leads and update the system with relevant information. ï‚·E-mail marketing and calling campaigns. ï‚·Tracking and reporting on the lead qualification process, and ensure all leads are followed up accordingly.ï‚·Arrange and host online webinars and follow up with attendees.
