Job Description: Hays is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Multi Skilled Operative to join our client's client's team in Luton and South Bedfordshire. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, with a 39-hour work week from Monday to Friday, ensuring your weekends are free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of maintenance services, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, plastering, and light groundwork.
- Perform day-to-day repairs, void works, and planned maintenance activities.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must have a full clean UK driving licence.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong skill set in various maintenance tasks.
