Your role
- Help drive first class customer service
- Supervise and mentor inhouse customer service team
- Set KPI's and objectives
- Work closely with internal teams to drive business and good practises
- Undertake account management of key clients
- Dealing with customer queries and complex issues when needed
- Reporting
- Attend customer review meetings on site
- General admin
Ideal Candidate
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of training / mentoring and supervising customer service advisor
- High level attention to detail
