The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines using Hypermill or OneCNC offline software. Responsibilities

  • Program 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines using Hypermill or OneCNC offline software
  • Interpret technical drawings and create programs from scratch
  • Set up and operate 5 axis milling machines
  • Maintain strict quality standards and ensure precision in all output
  • Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure processes run smoothly
  • Continuously seek to improve processes and provide input on machining strategies
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines
  • Experience with Hypermill or OneCNC offline software
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and create programs from scratch
  • CAD/CAM experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Training can be provided for the right candidate
