Role & Responsibilities:
- This role is ideal for a fire and security engineer looking to get off the tools
- 80% of the role is customer support- identifying and solving issues with fire and security equipment
- Working with equipment such as CCTV, Door entry, Access Control, fire Alarms, Smoke Detection
- Liaising with Installers to help program and set-up equipment
- Conducting training sessions remote or on-site
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a fire and secuirty engineer
- 5 years experience of security system installation
- Good customner service skills
- Experience of training others
