An award-winning firm specialising in audio equipment and electronics is looking for an Electronics Test Engineer with knowledge of electronics and audio testing principles, including audio circuits and components to join their dynamic team.

As an Electronics Test Engineer, you will be integral to ensuring quality control and support within manufacturing and final audio testing processes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee quality control of materials and products, including visual and measurement tests.
  • Conduct customer-focused inspections, audits, and signoffs for products.
  • Document inspection results, including re-work and waste summaries.
  • Ensure accurate audio testing and maintain measurement & audio test equipment.
  • Update and review QC procedures and returns policies.
  • Develop skills in CAD, electronics, and mechanical engineering for loudspeaker design and acoustic principles.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with inspection measurement tools such as calipers and gauges.
  • Knowledge of electronics and audio testing principles, including audio circuits and components.
  • Passion for or ideally have experience in audio and music technology.
  • Skilled in reading technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and MRP (SAP B1).
  • Valid UK driving licence.

Shifts:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:15pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 1:00pm
