Assist Account Managers to develop, execute, and maintain a customer care plan, ensuring regular and appropriate level of communication with the client
Maintain a portfolio of accounts, covering all aspects of our clients’ services
Ensure account retention by positively handling and resolving any technical queries, and understanding the requirements of the client and the industries they operate in
Support Account Managers with audits when required
Supporting Account Managers with appropriate data collection techniques for clients

To be considered for the role of Junior Sustainability Consultant:

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience with data management.
Excellent relationship-building.
Strong analytical, numeracy, organization and administrative ability.
Be proactive and have a self-motivating attitude.
Understanding of the principles of service quality.
An interest in environmental issue.
Full UK Driving License.
Experience in a similar role.

The Package for Junior Sustainability Consultant:

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
Pension
20 days holidays (excluding bank holidays) rising to 25 days per year with service
