What you'll do:

As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the entire accounts payable department. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies that align with company guidelines. Your excellent communication skills will be essential as you provide monthly financial and management reports. Your commitment to accuracy will shine through as you ensure timely processing of various financial transactions. You will also manage the monthly closing of financial records and assess, recommend, and implement improvements to the accounts payable process.

  • Manage and oversee the entire accounts payable department
  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Provide monthly financial and management reports
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, core employee expense reports, cash control, core payroll processing and total corporate payroll tax compliance
  • Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information
  • Assess, recommend and implement improvements to the accounts payable process
