CX Housing Build Specialist

Connect2Luton are excited to recruit a CX Housing Build Specialist on behalf of Luton Borough Council.

Role

• To build and configure the Civica Cx Housing solution based on the process requirements documented in the process maps. If there are queries, then check with the Business Analyst who documented the processes as well as relevant Workstream Leads and SMEs.
• Build any associated forms and communication.
• Document and follow up on any/all technical issues coming out from the build using the Issues Log.
• Carry out functional testing to ensure the configuration works as Request support from Civica consultants (via the Civica PM) where required.
• Check the configuration with relevant Workstream Leads and SMEs to ensure it is ready for UAT.
• Work with the Testing Lead, Workstream Leads and SMEs to develop the UAT scripts.
• Support the UAT by providing guidance on using the system to business users and documenting issues (in the Issues Log) coming out of UAT and addressing these internally or via Civica UAT support.
• Working with the Training Lead and trainers to help develop training material, and support delivery of training.
• Work on preparations for cutover, ensuring configuration copied across in Live system is correct.
• At cutover, after data migration, carry out general functionality testing to ensure the system is functioning correctly.
• Provide support to users during Early Life Support.
• Work with the Embedding Lead to respond to support or tweaks required in live operation. Major process changes will require change control.
