Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Luton. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to assert authority when necessary, and maintain good relations with all stakeholders. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, with extensive knowledge of carrying out right to work checks, and CIPD qualification to level 3 or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CIPD qualified to level 3 minimum.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience, with a strong understanding of right to work checks.
