Multi-Skilled Administrator

Minimum earnings: £25,400 per annum

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and offering additional products to enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • A full, valid, clean driving licence with a minimum of 3 years driving experience

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell company services and products to enhance customer experience, working towards sales targets
  • Handle telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring total customer satisfaction
  • Organise vehicle deliveries and collections to maintain high service standards while minimizing costs
  • Accurately complete vehicle documentation in the in-house rental system
  • Arrange vehicle repairs and warranty work when necessary
  • Ensure accurate fuel documentation and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Identify and report new business opportunities
