The Outbound Telesales position is a full-time, permanent role that offers a base salary of £23k with an OTE of £29-30k.
This fully remote job requires candidates to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Field sales.
Employees will make 150-200 outbound calls daily, aiming for 7-10 sales per day while ensuring compliance with company processes.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, with no weekend work required.

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

Minimum of 1 year Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales or Field sales experience will be considered.
You will need a quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
