Sales Negotiator - Luton

Basic Salary £20,000 plus commission (OTE £55,000)

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm - 5-day week

Driver & Own car required

We are looking for someone who can shine within this established team that is already providing the very highest level of service to their clients. Working hard to achieve exceptional results, we want someone with the expertise to hit the ground running and the desire to learn and grow within this fantastic environment.

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator with the following skills:

  • Full Driving licence and own car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange viewings & converting enquiries.
  • Conversing with vendors and buyers to get the best results.
  • Canvasing and prosecting new business.
  • Delivering incredible Service and achieving 5 Star Google Reviews.
  • Progressing your own deals weekly and updating clients frequently.
  • Managing your own diary and making sure you are using your time efficiently.
  • Make sure we are exceeding Service Level Agreements.
