Job Details:
- Monday - Thursday: 07:00 to 15:30
- Friday - 07:00 to 14:30
- Location: Luton
- Salary 29,000 per annum

Role Information:
- Ensuring seamless transportation operations daily through our transportation management system
- Engaging in customer service activities, such as overseeing transport orders and interacting with customers and partners
- Managing shipping exceptions and facilitating communication with customers and relevant stakeholders
- Offering resolutions for transport delays
- Assisting in enhancing our customers' logistics networks continuously
- Must excel in communication, organisation, customer service, and thrive in high-pressure environments
