What youll do:
  • Supporting the business to maximize revenue & planning the work efficiently by maintaining a current view of customer orders, plant capacity and inventory. Help to drive OTD (On time to Delivery) within the plant to ensure we hit targets
  • Converting MRP (Material Requirement Planning) generated planned orders to production orders into SAP taking into consideration material availability and capacity resulting in the best fit for customer requests
  • Monitoring and reacting to the daily MRP exceptions within the constraints of material and capacity availability
  • Co-ordinatingmodifications to product ensuring Bills of material (B.O.M.) or inventory transactions reflect any changes to product
  • Tracking Production Orders and identify possible material supply problems effecting customers, and ensuring all stakeholders are notified. Liaise with Sales giving accurate delivery dates and feedback on potential delays
  • Participatingin improvement meetings in order to identify and implement changes that will benefit the performance of the business.
Qualifications:
  • Degree and/or accreditation in the related field
  • Min 1 years of relevant experience
Skills:
  • Being a good communicator who can work well across all levels of the business
  • Willingness to learn & excellent attention to detail
  • Able to stay calm & work under pressure
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Excel
