IT Helpdesk Engineer - Luton- On - Site - £26,000 to £28,000 per year

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer.

The successful candidate will provide enterprise-level technical assistance. This role will be a full-time position based out of their Luton office.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software and hardware including desktops, monitors, printers, routers, firewalls and access points.
  • Assist with setting up and configuring computer systems
  • Provide hardware support and installations covering PC's.
  • Escalate tickets to 2 nd /3 rd Line support.

Experience/Qualification:

  • Proven experience in a customer facing role
  • ITIL
  • HyperV/ VMWare
  • Hardware and Software
  • Microsoft 365
  • Ability to write reports and technical documents
  • Certifications or a Technical qualification in IT
  • Windows 10/11
  • IT Glue
  • Cisco
  • SharePoint, Teams and Intune
  • Background of working for an MSP
