This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. The firm has a strong client base and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, and leases
- Advising clients on landlord and tenant issues, property finance, and development projects
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents
- Conducting due diligence, including title reviews and searches
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Supporting business development initiatives and building strong client relationships
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property Law
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
