An exciting opportunity has arisen for Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 3 years PQE to join a well-established law firm. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will handle client matters, including court proceedings, written and verbal advice, record-keeping, and advocacy.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop a client portfolio through marketing, social media, networking, and internal referrals.
  • Manage client expectations and risk.
  • Handle new enquiries and oversee case and file management.
  • Support the development of team members and engage in CPD activities.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including webinars and podcasts.
  • Participate in charity and networking events.

What we are looking for.

  • Previously worked as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Dispute Resolution Lawyer, Litigation Solicitor, Litigation Lawyer or in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years PQE working in dispute resolution, ideally with contentious probate.
  • Understanding of the requirements of Lexcel.
  • Skilled in IT, including case management systems, MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong file management and time management skills.
