You will benefit from the support of a Legal Assistant and Post Completion team. Your responsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion,Conducting property searches and scrutinising contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance,Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the transaction process,Acting as a point of contact for clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, fostering positive relationships,Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry and handling related documentation,Ensuring all transactions are compliant with relevant legislation and best practices andMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of property law and legislative changes.THE CANDIDATE:You should have 5 years’ PQE or equivalent experience and be either a qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC.
